PCB NOC

To keep a check on the pollution, pollution NOC certificate is issued by the pollution control board. In India, industries are required to obtain the NOC from the pollution control department before starting their business.

Any industry, which discharges sewage or effluent into the environment or emits any pollutant in the air has to obtain the consent of the state Pollution Control Board in the form of a  Pollution Control Board Certificate.

Processing Report

Any industry, which manufactures or produces a certain product has to report their processing to the Pollution Control Board. The Pollution Control Board has to approve the process to run the industry.
