A School is an institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students under the direction of teachers. Any institution at which instruction is given in a particular discipline is called a School.

A hotel is an establishment that provides paid lodging on a short-term basis. It is an establishment providing accommodation, meals, and other services for travellers and tourists.

Fire license is a mandatory certificate for any building or industry. A building with height above 17.25 metres or a building with more than a single basement should possess a fire license.

Structure Stability Certificate or License is a certificate issued by an Engineer stating that the building has been constructed as per their design and under their supervision and that the building is stable and fit for occupation.

The sanitary import permit is a document issued under Section 3 (a) of the livestock importation act 1898 authorising import of livestock and livestock products. It is not a licence but it communicates the sanitary requirement to be fulfilled by the exporting country before the entry of livestock products into India.

Trade license is a permit issued by a municipal corporation granting permission to a person or entity to carry a particular business at a specific premise. It ensures that the citizens are not adversely affected by health hazards and perils brought forth by the improper conduct of trade

A pollution license/certificate is a written official consent from the State Pollution Control Board to establish or operate any business that has the potential of generating pollutants or ‘trade effluents’.

On obtaining the security agency license, the company or firm is required to commence operations within six months of obtaining the license. The security agency will be responsible for imparting training and skill development to security guards.

EB Approval means the approval of the National Energy Board of the Reduction Amendment pursuant to subsection 17(5) of the National Energy Board Act Part VI (Oil and Gas) Regulations.

For all Solar Rooftop Installations above 100kWp, the applicant shall approach the Chief Electrical Inspector to Govt. (CEIG) for obtaining safety approval.
