Factory Act Plan Approval
The application for approval of the building plan by the Chief Inspector of Factories or Director (ISH) is required to be submitted online. It is done under the single window clearance system in light of ease of doing business through a common application form or system.

Factory Act Registration & License
It is mandatory for every factory in India to abide by the rules and guidelines started in the Factories Act, 1948. It is the first step of establishing a business in India

Factory Act Renewal of License
A factory occupier may get the license renewed by either for one, five or ten years at a time. In case the application for renewal has been made for five or ten years, the renewal fee shall be ten times the fee payable specified in the fee schedule as the case may be.

Contract Labour Act Registration
It is a registration of establishments employing contract laborers. Every establishment which proposes to employ contract workers for its work is required to obtain a certificate of registration from the appropriate government.

Contract Labour Act License
Any contractor engaging 20 or more contract workers are required to get a license. The main object of this Act is to regulate the employment of contract labor in certain establishments and provide for its abolition in certain circumstances and for more matters connected with.

Contract Labour License Renewal
Contract labor license renewed before 31st of October every year in form VII in triplicate along with license fee and form V. Contract labor license commenced from 1st Jan and expired on 31st Dec. The license should be renewed two months from expiration.

Construction Workers Act Reg
BOCW Act registration. To resolve the issues of unskilled labourers who work in intensive pitiful conditions, Government Of India has introduced the building and other construction workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 1996; this Act is also called the BOCW Act.

Inter-State Migrant Act Registration
The Inter-State migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1979 was an act of the parliament of India enacted to regulate the condition of service of Inter-State labourers in Indian labour law

Inter-State Migrant Act License
Every application of a license under sub-section (1) of section 8 shall be made in prescribed form and shall contain the particulars regarding the location establishment, the nature of process operation or work for which inter-state migrant workmen are to be employed.

Pressure Vessels Examination
Pressure vessel inspection, or pressure vessel testing, or pressure vessel examination, involves non-destructive tests that ensure the integrity and safety of a new pressure vessel

Medical Examination
A medical examination is done for a person by a certifying surgeon to ascertain and certify their fitness to work in a factory. The certificate of fitness is valid only for twelve months from the date of issue.

Factory Act Return Filling
The managers of all the registered factories are required to submit the returns to the area inspector. Half yearly return shall be submitted in duplicate. Application for annual return (period ending on 31st December) is a service that can be applied online
