The shop and establishment Act is regulated by the labour department of the respective states. The Act regulates all the shops and commercial establishments operating within the state.

Contract Labor License

Every contractor who has employed twenty or more workers on any day of the month has to obtain a license for engaging contract labour working for any establishment. The authorised license officer will issue the license as per the provisions under section 12.

IS Migrant Workmen Registration

The Inter-State migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1979 was an act of the parliament of India enacted to regulate the condition of service of Inter-State labourers in Indian labour law.

Motor Transport Workers Act

The motor transport workers Act was established in the year 1961. It is an Act to provide the welfare of motor transport workers and to regulate the conditions of their work.

Trade Union Registration

A registered trade union is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal. No civil suit or other legal proceeding can be initiated against registered trade unions in respect of any act done in furtherance of a trade dispute under certain conditions.

Plantation Labour Registration

Every employer of a employer, existing at the commencement of the plantation labour (Amendment) Act, 1981 shall, within a period of 60 days of such commencement, and every employer of any other plantation coming into existence after such commencement shall, within a period of 60 days, make an application to their registering officer for the registration of such plantations.

Legal Metrology Registration

An importer of measuring instruments, vying to do business in the Indian market needs to register itself to obtain the certificate of registration of importer of weights and measures. The application for registration is filed in schedule X under rule 15 and obtained under section 19 of Legal Metrology Act 2009.

Legal Metrology Stamping

The Legal Metrology Officer shall stamp every weight or measure, if after testing and verification, he/she is satisfied that such weight or measure conforms to the standards established by or under the Act, with a stamp of uniform design, issued by the controller.

Packing License

Packing license is the approval by the Weights and Measures department that was established by the Indian Government. Packing license is mandatory for all packers who  are packing any kind of commodity.

Holidays Announcement

It is an Act to provide the  grant of some of the public holidays to certain classes of employees and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Annual Return Filling

The managers of all the registered factories are required to submit the returns to the area inspector. Half yearly return shall be submitted in duplicate. Application for annual return (period ending on 31st December) is a service that can be applied online.
